This case involves a severe rotator cuff injury sustained during a fall. The supraspinaous and the subscapularis muscles were completely detached from their insertion on the humerus.
The shoulder was repaired surgically. Bone was removed from the acromion process and sutures to reattached the supraspinatous and subscapularis muscles to the humerus.
