Cook Medical’s Entuit Gastrostomy Tube anchoring system allows for stable approximation of the stomach to the abdominal wall during stoma creation and dilation and insertion of a gastrostomy tube. The tube’s inflatable cuff and adjustable fastener allows the tube to remain comfortably and securely in place.
One of the challenges of showing these functions is that the device has unique features both inside and outside the body. The creation of accurate cross-section models that fit with our 3D anatomy models and adept camera moves allow the viewer to seamlessly appreciate how the device in a way that could not be captured with video or live demostrations.
